Through our talent management division, Renegade Talent MGMT, and our corporate consulting practice, we connect creators, celebrities, athletes, and credentialed experts with brands across the consumer landscape. We work lean, move fast, and take our clients seriously. We're hiring a Creative \& Marketing Associate to sit at the center of how our brand and our talent and clients show up publicly, and to help build the rosters and casting lists that drive our campaigns. This is a hybrid creative and operational role: one day you're editing a reel and building a carousel in Canva, the next you're pulling a creator casting list for a client program and building the deck that presents it. It's built for someone who is relentlessly organized *and* has real creative instincts. **Social \& Content*** Manage day\-to\-day social presence for CelebExperts and Renegade Talent MGMT: content calendars, posting, captions, community engagement • Support select talent clients with social strategy, content ideation, and post\-production execution • Edit short\-form video and produce graphics, carousels, story assets, and campaign creative in Canva (Adobe a plus) • Build pitch decks, proposals, one\-sheets, and campaign recap materials that are clean and client\-ready • Maintain and update website content; apply basic SEO fundamentals to site copy and blog posts
