We are looking for a Lead Android Engineer to define the technical vision for Future’s Android products and craft the experiences our members use daily. You will lead work across our phone and Wear OS apps, shaping core journeys like onboarding, coach messaging, scheduling, guided workouts, progress tracking, health-data integration, and video calls. You will collaborate with product, design, backend, and iOS engineers on a small, senior team. This is a hands-on role: you will move between product details and system architecture, write production code, guide technical decisions, and help other engineers excel.
